Aileen (pronounced eye-LEEN) Dominican-born, Miami-based artist and educator loving on language, relishing in art, and surviving the internet for a couple of decades now.
Equal parts poet and visual artist, I have a BA in Art and a Minor in Art History from Florida International University and actively engage with the Miami community through local arts organizations pushing zines, poetry, community activations, and any combination of those allowed.
I enjoy cold brew lemonades and a good ham and cheese sandwich.
Currently working in Marketing & Development for the local school district, you can find me pursuing my passion for tech and illustration on my free time.
